Grief often feels like a lonely and isolating place, and there is no better tool than connecting and sharing with others. We believe in the power of relationships. A memory shared, a thought explained, a question asked – these are all the most powerful way we can overcome our grief and continue on the path of healing.

In a virtual group counseling video chatroom, join others just like you as they are exploring their own loss and grief. Share your story of love and loss, listen to the stories of others in your group, and learn and grieve together. Grief shared is grief lessened. When we are grieving, there is seldom better comfort than the understanding and companionship of others going through loss and sadness.

Our open group sessions run 7 days a week, at different times throughout the day to accommodate different schedules.

Drop in anytime. Grief often shows up unannounced. That’s why we have open groups all throughout the week, for those sudden times when you need support.

Different themes each week to address the specific grieving needs of each group.

Group sizes of 8-12 people. Smaller groups give you the opportunity to really take your time to share and grow through your grief.
